COMBLACK is hiring a BI Development & Services Department Manager!

This senior leadership role includes managing a BI department consisting of three teams, leading cross-organizational Data projects, managing budgets and resources, and driving innovation across BI, DWH, and AI.

What are we looking for?

• 10+ years of experience in BI, Data, and enterprise information solutions – mandatory
• 5+ years of experience managing development teams and managers in a matrix structure – mandatory
• Experience leading complex technological projects and implementing cross-organizational solutions – mandatory
• Experience defining technological solutions and leading them from business need through implementation – mandatory
• Experience managing work plans, budgets, planning, and resource allocation – mandatory
• Experience in large organizations with broad and complex Data operations – a significant advantage
