A leading global company is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to support its business and commercial activities.
About the Role:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements
- Providing ongoing legal advice to management and business units
- Supporting audits and due diligence processes
- Collaborating with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Involvement in corporate governance and regulatory matters
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of commercial legal experience, including contract negotiation and management – required
- Excellent English proficiency – required
- Experience in the Pharma and/or Life Sciences industry – an advantage
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
