We're looking for a strategic Product Marketing & Go-to-Market leader to build the strategy that takes Movement Intelligence into new verticals. Working at the intersection of Product, Clinical, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, reporting to the Chief Growth and Marketing Officer, you'll shape vertical strategies, define how our value translates across different healthcare markets and turn complex product, clinical, and data capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that customers immediately understand and act on. You'll combine strategic thinking with exceptional storytelling, and build go-to-market plans that turn new market opportunities into scalable growth.

What You’ll Lead

Help redefine how healthcare understands human movement.

• Lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for new products and strategic initiatives.
• Craft the strategic narrative behind every launch and go-to-market initiative, connecting customer challenges, clinical evidence, business outcomes, positioning, messaging, and commercial execution into one compelling story.
• Build and execute go-to-market strategies for existing and emerging healthcare verticals, defining target segments, ideal customer profiles, priority use cases, buyer journeys, value propositions, and routes to market.
• Own the end-to-end execution of go-to-market programs, orchestrating every launch across Product, Sales, Marketing, Clinical, and Customer Success to ensure every campaign component is delivered on time and performs as one cohesive experience.
• Translate product and vertical go-to-market strategy into integrated, multi-channel campaigns, developing messaging and content across landing pages, emails, LinkedIn, webinars, PR, presentations, sales enablement, case studies and customer communications.
• Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to identify market opportunities, customer needs, buying behaviors, market dynamics, growth opportunities and competitive differentiation.
• Equip commercial teams with messaging, proof points, sales narratives, and storytelling frameworks, that help advance enterprise conversations and drive growth.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer adoption and expansion throughout the customer journey, including patient and frontline employee engagement initiatives.
• Establish scalable Product Marketing and Go-to-Market frameworks that support OneStep's continued growth while influencing product strategy and commercial success.
  
  

• 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Go-to-Market Strategy, Strategic Marketing, or Market Development within B2B technology, digital health, or healthcare.
• Proven experience developing go-to-market strategies that opened new products, customer segments, or market opportunities, not just executing product launches.
• Brings both strategic rigor and creative intuition. Comfortable using data to shape decisions without losing sight of the human story.
• Ability to turn customer, market, and competitive insights into positioning, commercial strategy, and business decisions.
• Comfortable moving between executive strategy discussions and hands-on execution.
• Proven ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships across Product, Clinical, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and drive initiatives from strategy through execution.
