Founding Product Marketing Manager

We're hiring our first Product Marketing Manager to define how Offroad is positioned in the market. This isn't a traditional PMM role. You'll work closely with our founders, engineers, product team, and customers to shape our messaging, launch products, and tell the story behind what we're building. We're looking for someone who enjoys turning complex technical ideas into messaging that resonates with security leaders.

What You'll Own

• Define our positioning, messaging, and value proposition.
• Build and execute go-to-market strategies.
• Create sales enablement materials, competitive intelligence, and customer-facing content.
• Interview customers and gather market insights.
• Work directly with engineers to identify product stories, new capabilities, real customer problems, and technical insights—and turn them into content the market understands.
• Help establish Offroad's voice and thought leadership in identity security.
  
  

• 4+ years of Product Marketing experience.
• Previous cybersecurity experience (required).
• Experience launching B2B SaaS products.
• Excellent storytelling and writing skills.
• Comfortable working directly with technical teams.
• Self-starter who enjoys building from scratch.
