Job Description

• Take end-to-end responsibility for managing SAP projects within the SAP team.
• Provide technical leadership to development and implementation teams, including solution architecture, technology modernization, and system upgrades.
• Lead and manage SAP implementation and development teams.
• Oversee the integration of all business domains implemented within the SAP ERP landscape.
• Prepare functional and technical specification documents for new development requirements.
• Define solution concepts and architecture aligned with standard SAP processes while ensuring optimal support for business needs.
• Manage project plans, schedules, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Monitor and control project timelines, scope, and progress to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide ongoing application support, troubleshoot issues, and respond to end-user requests.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Plan and manage production deployments and software releases.

Requirements

• Relevant academic background, such as a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a Software Engineering Technician diploma.
• At least 5 years of proven SAP ERP implementation experience (mandatory); specialization in Finance or Logistics modules is an advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience managing SAP teams of 10 or more developers and/or SAP consultants.
• Proven experience in business process analysis, solution architecture, implementation, and customer support.
• Experience working with AI tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, perform under pressure, and collaborate successfully within a team.
• Experience with SAP RISE with S/4HANA is a significant advantage.
• Experience with the Hilan system is an advantage.
• Experience working in an Agile environment is an advantage.
• Experience using Jira is an advantage.
