Accessibility Specialists ensure products and services comply with accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop accessibility policies: Create comprehensive accessibility guidelines aligned with ADA, Section 508, and WCAG.
• Conduct audits: Evaluate digital properties and physical environments for accessibility.
• Create remediation plans: Detail steps for addressing accessibility gaps and collaborate with teams to implement them.
• Provide training: Educate employees and partners on accessibility best practices.
• Stay current: Monitor evolving standards and integrate new requirements.
• Establish monitoring processes: Develop systems to ensure ongoing compliance.
  
  

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accessibility standards and UX principles.
• Experience performing audits and implementing remediation.
