About the Role

Join a leading organization based in Tel Aviv and take a key role in securing and evolving its cloud environment as a Cloud Security Engineer.

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Security professional to take ownership of the organization's cloud security ecosystem, ensuring the availability, reliability, and performance of enterprise cloud security platforms. In this role, you will work closely with Platform, DevOps, Cyber Security, and Enterprise Architecture teams while contributing to strategic cloud transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of cloud security platforms.

Manage the day-to-day security posture across multiple public cloud Landing Zones.

Implement and manage infrastructure changes through secure CI/CD pipelines using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Terraform.

Take professional ownership of security solutions across CNAPP, SAST, and SCA domains.

Participate in the design and implementation of new Landing Zones and strategic cloud migration initiatives.

Collaborate closely with Platform, DevOps, Cyber Security, and Enterprise Architecture teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent military technology experience / advanced professional training - required.

At least 7 years of experience in Information Security, including 3+ years of experience in public cloud environments (Azure experience is a significant advantage).

Experience working with enterprise-scale cloud architectures.

Hands-on experience with cloud security components such as Firewalls, API Gateway, WAF, Azure Policy, and APM solutions.

Strong background in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), including Terraform or equivalent tools.

Hands-on experience securing Kubernetes environments (AKS / OpenShift), including:

Network Policies

RBAC

Secrets Management

Image Scanning

Admission Control

Experience with Multi-Cloud environments (AWS / GCP in addition to Azure) - a significant advantage.

Experience working within a CCoE, Platform Team, or Enterprise Architecture environment - a significant advantage.

Personal Skills

Strong technical expertise with excellent interpersonal skills.

Broad system-level perspective and architectural thinking.

Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and quickly learn new technologies.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.

High availability and flexibility to support production deployments and critical incidents outside standard working hours when required.
