As a Client Support Agent, you will be the trusted point of contact for businesses and individuals, helping them move money with confidence, resolving issues end to end, and spotting ways to improve the client experience before problems grow.

What the day looks like

• Answering client tickets and calls for businesses and individuals, in a professional manner.
• Covering a wide range of tasks from technical\compliance\accounting and following up until they're sorted.
• Getting ahead of problems by spotting patterns and reaching out first.
• Building relationships, client retention and recognizing business opportunities
• Helping build the FAQs, guides, and articles to better clients knowledge
• Working closely with Sales, Tech, Operations, and Compliance departments , because support is a team effort.
• Initial training in Gush Etzion.

What we are looking for:

• Clear communication skills in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
• Quick thinker. You rapidly assess situations and take decisive action.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Multitasking skills
• Familiarity with CRM programs and tech software adaptability
• The kind of person who owns their work, speaks up when something's off, and wants to make things better.
• Experience in customer support is an advantage
