About the Role

A leading financial organization in Central Israel is looking for a Data Scientist to join its growing Data team.

In this role, you'll develop end-to-end analytical solutions, from understanding business challenges through building Machine Learning models and deploying them into production. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Research teams to deliver impactful data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate business challenges into analytical and machine learning solutions.
• Develop, train, and deploy Machine Learning models.
• Analyze large datasets using SQL and Python.
• Deploy models from development to production environments.
• Perform data analysis and communicate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Research teams.
• Improve model performance and analytical processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering (Information Systems), or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Data Scientist.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Experience developing and deploying Machine Learning models.
• Experience moving models into production environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of software development best practices.
