Responsible-AI Program Managers coordinate efforts to operationalize ethical AI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement frameworks: Ensure that responsible AI guidelines are integrated into all processes.
• Conduct risk assessments: Evaluate project risks and technical analyses for compliance.
• Manage compliance programs: Oversee bias mitigation initiatives, data governance, and ethics reviews.
• Lead training programs: Organize workshops and training sessions to promote responsible AI practices.
• Coordinate with legal and compliance teams: Ensure AI projects adhere to regulations and ethical standards.
• Establish metrics: Define metrics to measure the success of responsible AI initiatives and report to stakeholders.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in ethics, public policy, or a technical field.
• Experience in program management, compliance, or corporate governance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
