We're Hiring | Cyber Security Architecture Team Lead

We're looking for a Cyber Security Architecture Team Lead to lead a team of experienced architects while remaining hands-on in designing and implementing enterprise cyber security architecture across complex Cloud and On-Premises environments.

What You'll Do:

🔹 Lead and mentor a team of Cyber Security Architects in a large enterprise environment

🔹 Design and define security architecture for enterprise applications, infrastructure, and cloud platforms

🔹 Drive cloud security architecture and support large-scale cloud transformation initiatives

🔹 Define security policies, standards, and technical guidelines across infrastructure

🔹 Lead cyber security initiatives and collaborate with technology, infrastructure, development, and business teams

🔹 Perform threat analysis, security design reviews, and define security controls for enterprise systems

🔹 Combine strategic leadership with hands-on architectural responsibilities

What We're Looking For:

✔️ 7+ years of experience in Cyber Security Architecture for enterprise environments

✔️ 4+ years of leadership experience managing Cyber Security teams

✔️ Strong experience designing security solutions for both Cloud and On-Prem infrastructures

✔️ Experience defining security controls and governance for cloud environments

✔️ Strong understanding of secure development, application security, and infrastructure security

✔️ Experience with threat modeling, security architecture documentation, and security standards

✔️ Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
