System Engineer

A leading defense company is seeking a System Engineer for a key role involving multidisciplinary products and complex systems, from definition through integration, testing, and deployment across various projects.

This role includes close collaboration with Hardware, Software, Firmware, Integration teams, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, develop, and manage system requirements for products and complex systems

• Design system architecture and perform detailed system design

• Manage product roadmaps and lead full review and development processes

• Write requirement documents, ICDs, design documents, procedures, and test plans

• Define and execute system integration activities and system-level tests

• Support development processes, technical reviews, and product implementation across projects

• Troubleshoot system-level issues and provide engineering support throughout the product lifecycle

• Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to drive execution and schedules

• Coordinate between various engineering functions involved in system development

Job Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Software Engineering, or Computer Science – Must

• At least 3 years of experience as a System Engineer in multidisciplinary systems – Must

• Experience in system requirements management and engineering documentation

• Experience with airborne systems / avionics / cyber security / simulation - advantage

• Experience in Hardware / Embedded / Software development – advantage

• Familiarity with communication protocols, networking, or cryptography – advantage

• Experience in system integration / testing / validation

• Strong system-level thinking and broad technical perspective

• Technical leadership skills and ability to work with multiple interfaces

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
