Junior AI Video Creator & Editor

You'll work alongside our Marketing and Product Marketing teams to transform ideas into engaging, high quality content that supports campaigns, product launches, sales enablement, and brand initiatives.

Description:

• Create engaging visual content across multiple formats, including video, graphics, presentations, animations and AI generated assets.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate every stage of the creative process, from ideation and scriptwriting to production and post production.
• Build efficient AI powered creative workflows by combining multiple tools and technologies.
• Transform business goals into compelling visual stories that support marketing and product initiatives.
• Refine and enhance AI generated content to meet Zota's creative and brand standards.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver impactful creative solutions.
• Explore emerging AI technologies and continuously improve creative workflows.
• Support filming, editing and multimedia production when needed.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software (Base: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
• Solid understanding of storytelling, composition, pacing, motion, framing, and visual communication as well as video production, cinematography, lighting, sound recording, editing, and post production workflows.
• Hands on experience using AI powered creative tools (prompting) for video generation, image creation, animation, design, voice synthesis, and content production.
• Portfolio demonstrating video editing, multimedia production, and AI assisted creative work.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self motivated, curious, and passionate about exploring emerging AI technologies and continuously improving creative workflows.
• Experience with creative automation, custom AI workflows, or AI model customization is an advantage.
