Monitoring & Account Manager

About the Role

Join our Solar Operations Center and become part of a team responsible for keeping commercial solar systems running at peak performance.

This is an operations-focused role that combines system monitoring, issue coordination, customer communication, and problem-solving. You'll work with advanced monitoring platforms to identify system issues, coordinate service activities, and ensure that customers receive timely updates and high-quality support.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the performance of commercial solar systems through dedicated monitoring platforms.
• Detect system alerts, equipment faults, and operational issues.
• Open, coordinate, and track service requests until resolution.
• Work closely with field technicians and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Communicate with customers regarding system status and maintenance activities.
• Review operational dashboards and system information to support daily decision-making.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure follow-up on ongoing tasks.
• Prioritize multiple activities in a fast-paced operational environment.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make practical decisions independently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working with computer systems, operational platforms, and Microsoft Excel.
• Fast learner with a proactive mindset and a high sense of ownership.

Position Details

• Location: Tel Aviv
• Working Hours: Sunday-Thursday | 08:00-17:00
• Optional Weekend Shift: Friday or Saturday (approximately 3 hours)
