Your Career

Join us as a Senior Technical Recruiter in this dynamic role and a hybrid model. You’ll lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, shape hiring strategies for the Israeli market, and make an immediate impact on building high-performing technical teams. This position combines hands-on recruiting, strategic partnerships with business leaders, and employer branding to create a seamless candidate experience and contribute to the company's success

**The position is a 1-year contract role with the option for extension.

Your Impact

• Develop and execute innovative strategies to attract top technical talent through diverse sourcing methods, leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance recruiting efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, including Engineering and R&D positions, in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines while ensuring unbiased and inclusive recruitment practices.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define recruitment needs, advise on hiring strategies, and provide regular progress updates.
• Conduct interviews, guide candidates through the recruitment process, and negotiate offers.
• Strengthen relationships with internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with business goals and hiring priorities.

Your Experience

• 5+ years of full-cycle in-house recruitment experience, preferably in a product-driven company.
• Proven expertise in hiring technical talent, including Engineering and R&D professionals.
• Experience in cybersecurity recruitment is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on experience managing high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong experience sourcing passive candidates, building diverse talent pipelines, and leveraging innovative sourcing strategies and AI-powered recruiting tools.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI effectively to improve recruiting efficiency, identify talent, and enhance the candidate experience.
• Creative problem-solving skills with a proven ability to advise senior leadership strategically and drive results.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high hiring velocity without compromising quality.
• Thrives in a collaborative, agile, and energetic team environment with a positive attitude.
