Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities

Supervision of special construction activities and tasks of complex projects or sub- projects for pharma and biotech or semi-conductor production facilities.

Top 5 Main Responsibilities

• Supervision of construction activities of high-tech industrial projects in a special field
• Ensuring quality, procedures and work processes on site
• supervision of construction works and subcontractors
• Review and reporting of construction progress to the responsible construction manager
• Ensuring compliance with EHS regulations
  
  

• Verification and approval of on-site measurements
• Participation in daily coordination and toolbox meetings
• Participation in site inspections and acceptance tests
• Defect recording and tracking
  
  

• Relevant training and education in construction of the relevant system and equipment
• Up to 3-5 years of professional experience in construction supervision in investment projects
  
  

• Good knowledge of construction laws, local codes and standards
• Good MS-Office knowledge
• Fluent German and basic English language skills
  
  

• Independent and service-oriented way of working
• good communication skills
