The Role

We are seeking a technically oriented and highly organized Vulnerability Process Coordinator to join the Cyber Security organization, reporting directly to the Vulnerability Lead.

This is a hands-on operational role for someone who combines technical understanding with strong coordination skills. You will help drive vulnerabilities from initial identification through triage, remediation, validation, and closure.

Responsibilities

• Review and triage vulnerability findings.
• Create and maintain remediation tickets with clear technical guidance.
• Route findings to the appropriate technical owners.
• Track remediation progress, SLAs, blockers, exceptions, and overdue items.
• Coordinate validation through rescans and technical evidence.
• Improve vulnerability data quality, workflows, and cross-team collaboration.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Vulnerability Management, security operations, IT, infrastructure, DevOps, or a related technical field.
• Understanding of CVEs, CVSS, exploitability, patches, mitigations, and the vulnerability management lifecycle.
• Familiarity with cloud, infrastructure, networking, operating systems, applications, and software dependencies.
• Experience with vulnerability management platforms and ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to drive remediation across multiple teams.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a CISO organization or Security PMO.
• Background in SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or large-scale enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, etc.).
• Experience leading enterprise-wide security or risk reduction initiatives. BSc in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
