Responsibilities

• Monitor budgets and accounting: Manage budgets for research programs, track expenditures, and prepare financial reports.
• Develop compliance strategies: Create programs based on relevant laws to ensure adherence.
• Educate teams: Train team members about rules and ethical practices.
• Mitigate risks: Identify risks and develop plans to address ethical and compliance issues.
  
  

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.
• Knowledge of nonprofit finance and regulatory requirements.
