Overview

The Director of Product translates research outputs into products and services that serve public benefit while complying with legal and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development: Oversee the entire product lifecycle-from concept to launch-ensuring that products align with the organization's vision and meet user needs.
• Generate new product ideas: Identify emerging opportunities, encourage innovation, and oversee prototyping and testing.
• Track performance and ensure compliance: Monitor product success metrics, ensure regulatory compliance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Develop manufacturing and deployment processes: Create and document procedures for product manufacturing (if applicable) or software deployment.
• Manage resources: Allocate budgets, oversee cross-functional teams, and report progress to executive leadership.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• Experience in product management, preferably with AI-related products.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate across disciplines.
