We are recruiting a Delivery Excellence Lead for a financial organization located in central Israel.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with technology and business leadership teams to drive organizational and process excellence in a Scaled Agile environment
- Improve the performance and productivity of development teams
- Lead Delivery Excellence initiatives across the organization
- Implement advanced tools, automation, and innovative delivery methodologies
- Develop KPI-driven governance processes, dashboards, and performance monitoring frameworks
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience managing projects in an Agile technology environment
- Experience leading Delivery Excellence initiatives, process improvement, and organizational transformation
- Experience working with Agile and Scaled Agile methodologies
- Experience collaborating with development, infrastructure, and product management teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems, or a related field – advantage
