Strategic Account Manager

Are you passionate about technology, customer engagement, and driving business growth? Join our team as a Strategic Account Manager and play a key role in expanding our presence within the Defense, Aerospace, Medical, and Industrial markets.

As the primary commercial interface for key customers, you will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and managing complex sales cycles from initial engagement through successful business award.

Requirements

 .experience in Technical Sales (5+ years), Account Management or Business Development within PCB Manufacturing

.Bachelor's Degree required; Engineering degree is an advantage

Strong understanding of PCB technologies, electronics manufacturing processes and complex technical products is a significant advantage 

Proven ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders and successfully manage complex sales .opportunities

Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Fluent in Hebrew and English.

Highly motivated, customer-oriented and results-driven.

Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

.Lead all aspects of sales cycle, starting from opportunity , technical discussions, quotation, negotiation, and win

.Collaborate closely with all company departments to execute a winning solution  

.Conduct regular customer meetings
