Job Description
The Maths Program Development Coordinator supports the continuous development and improvement of the MathRiders program. This role combines project coordination, curriculum development, content localization, and collaboration with international partners.
The successful candidate will ensure that pedagogical projects are delivered efficiently by coordinating communication between internal teams and customers, organizing development processes, supporting the creation of new educational content, and maintaining the high quality of existing materials.

Primary Responsibilities
Program Development & Coordination
· Coordinate the development of new MathRiders pedagogical materials and educational resources.
· Organize and monitor curriculum development projects from planning to completion.
· Coordinate updates and revisions of existing program materials
· Own the coordination of pedagogical content delivery to the Teacher LMS, ensuring that new and updated materials are published correctly, accessible to teachers, and aligned with program releases
· Work closely with Pedagogic teams and other departments (Marketing, IT, etc.)
Localization & International Collaboration
· Coordinate the localization of MathRiders materials for international markets.
· Act as the main communication link between franchisees/customers and the internal design team.
· Collect, clarify, and organize localization requirements.
· Review localized materials to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to MathRiders standards.
Content Development
· Participate in the creation of new educational content, lessons, activities, worksheets, games, and teacher resources.
· Review existing materials and identify opportunities for improvement.
· Contribute creative ideas for new learning experiences and program enhancements.
· Help maintain consistency across all pedagogical materials.
Teaching & Educational Practice
· Teach MathRiders classes (approximately 3–4 hours per week) at a Helen Doron Learning Centre in Israel.
· Use classroom experience to provide practical feedback that supports continuous program improvement.
· Stay current with modern approaches to mathematics education and child development.
General
· Support the achievement of departmental goals and strategic initiatives.
· Collaborate effectively within an international, multicultural team.
· Contribute to a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
Education
· Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Maths Education, Education or related field
· 2+ years of experience teaching maths to children
· Experience working with preschool and/or primary school children is an advantage
· Experience and willingness to work with young children
· Experience in curriculum development, educational content creation, or instructional design is an advantage
· Experience coordinating projects or working with multiple stakeholders is an advantage
· Ccertified Helen Doron Teacher (MathRiders or English) – advantage.
Languages
· Mother-tongue/high-level English and Hebrew
· Additional languages are a plus
