Financial Controller

Are you a true builder, an owner, and a hands-on strategic partner? We are looking for an independent, highly resourceful finance leader to own and shape our global financial operations.

In this role, you won't just keep the books—you will drive processes, spearhead improvements, and act as a pivotal business partner in a fast-moving tech environment.

What You’ll Do

• End-to-End Ownership: Take full responsibility for global financial reporting, consolidations, and day-to-day global finance operations.
• Build & Optimize: Design, implement, and streamline financial processes from scratch, continuously looking for ways to integrate modern tech and AI tools into workflows.
• Work Independently: Report directly to a remote global executive—thriving in a high-autonomy environment without needing hand-holding or micro-management.
• Strategic Partnering: Collaborate closely with company leadership, driving decision-making through precise financial clarity.

Requirements (Must-Haves)

• NetSuite Expertise (Absolute Must-Have): Proven, hands-on experience working with NetSuite. (Please note: Profiles without NetSuite experience will not be considered).
• Tech Sector Background: 2–3+ years of finance experience within tech companies or fast-paced startups.
• Proactive Mindset: A true builder mentality—someone who loves autonomy, embraces modern tools (AI, automation), and constantly seeks ways to improve and innovate processes.
• English Proficiency: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills for seamless global collaboration.
