Overview

This role ensures that TAIRC runs smoothly by coordinating research programs, managing budgets, and supporting day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations: Manage internal processes, vendor relationships, and administrative tasks to ensure projects run efficiently.
• Support program execution: Work with research leads and managers to plan timelines, budgets, and resource needs for each program.
• Implement policies and compliance: Ensure that operational practices follow legal and ethical standards and coordinate audits with compliance specialists.
• Coordinate across teams: Serve as a liaison between research, engineering, product, and administrative staff.
• Monitor performance: Track KPIs, produce reports for leadership, and identify areas for process improvement.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Experience managing budgets, logistics, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
