AI Transformation Analyst

Job Title: AI Transformation Analyst

The Role 

You are an analyst, a builder, and a transformation leader. You map how the company actually works and pinpoint where automation and AI and data analysis will move the needle; you build Pcentra's internal AI infrastructure - knowledge systems, agents, orchestration, integrations; and you drive the organizational change that makes adoption stick. You don't just recommend it. You ship.  

Key Responsibilities 

Analyze & Map 

• Map processes, data, and workflows across departments, and consolidate them into a single source of truth 
• Identify and prioritize the automation and AI opportunities with the highest business impact 
• Analyze usage and performance data to prioritize use cases and continuously measure ROI 

Build AI Infrastructure

• Design and build Pcentra's internal AI stack - knowledge systems, organizational skills, agent architecture 
• Build, deploy, and orchestrate internal AI agents and multi-step workflows for maximum business impact 
• Build and maintain the Pcentra Knowledge Hub 
• Own the AI tooling stack evaluate, select, and manage tools for the whole company 

Lead Organizational Transformation 

• Design and execute the company's AI adoption program end-to-end as a full project goals, timelines, milestones, risk management, and blocker removal 
• Work with the global corporate team to drive adoption, measure usage, and report progress 
• Run training sessions, build department-specific skills, and create lasting usage habits across all teams 
• Own AI governance policy: acceptable use, data handling, and the tool approval process 
• Build the internal AI playbook: how Pcentra uses AI, which tools are approved, and how new tools get evaluated 

Run & Improve 

• Maintain and improve all AI assets skills, agents, knowledge base as the company evolves 
• Stay current on AI developments and bring relevant innovations into Pcentra.  
• Continuously identify and prioritize new use cases 
• Be the go-to person for any AI question in the company 

Requirements 

• Hands-on experience building AI tools, agents, or automation systems. not just using them 
• Proven production-level experience with LLM platforms 
• Experience building AI agents and multi-step workflows that non-technical users actually use daily 
• Proven experience in business analysis and end-to-end project management full ownership, not partial support 
• Experience with knowledge management systems and structuring organizational knowledge for AI consumption 
• Experience leading organizational change or technology adoption not just building the tool, but getting people to actually use it 
• Strong communication skills able to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences,  
• Hands-on experience with BI tools, SQL, and reporting tools, including building dashboards 
• Relevant academic degree: Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems, or equivalent 
• Hebrew and English working level minimum in both
