What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from role kickoff through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Conduct in-depth, face-to-face interviews to assess candidates' professional experience and cultural fit.
• Guide candidates throughout the entire recruitment journey while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
• Partner closely with hiring managers, providing consultation and support throughout the hiring process.
• Manage recruitment workflows, prepare job offers, and coordinate all stages of the hiring process.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes – required.
• Experience recruiting for technology roles – required.
• Bachelor's degree – required.
• Strong ability to manage multiple recruitment processes independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
