Director of Business Operations

SHOWROOM TLV is one of Israel's leading contemporary fashion showrooms, representing an exclusive portfolio of international fashion and lifestyle brands across wholesale and retail.

We are looking for an exceptional Director of Business Operations to become the CEO's strategic partner and lead the company's day-to-day operations during its next stage of growth.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, combines strong business acumen with operational excellence, and has a genuine passion for fashion, retail and premium customer experience.

What you'll do

• Lead the company's day-to-day operations across all business functions.
• Partner closely with the CEO on strategic initiatives and business execution.
• Manage and develop managers and cross-functional teams.
• Drive operational excellence, scalability, and continuous process improvement.
• Oversee retail operations while collaborating closely with the wholesale business.
• Build performance-driven processes, KPIs and operational standards.
• Ensure exceptional execution across customer experience, commercial operations and internal workflows.
• Lead cross-functional projects and support the company's continued growth.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of leadership experience in operations, retail, business management or general management.
• Mandatory experience in fashion, lifestyle, eCommerce, or retail organizations.
• Proven experience leading managers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong commercial mindset with excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Outstanding communication and leadership capabilities.
