• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to design effective technology solutions.
• Experience working closely with development teams, QA, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
• Experience in the payments or financial services industry – a significant advantage.
