Infrastructure Team Lead - 24267

Comblack is hiring an Infrastructure & Cyber Team Leader!

This is a leadership role responsible for managing a multidisciplinary technology team, including system administrators, networking engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and cloud professionals. The position oversees the organization's core infrastructure, leads strategic technology initiatives, drives cloud migration projects, and ensures secure, reliable, and scalable IT operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least six years of experience in IT infrastructure, including proven experience leading technology teams.
• Strong background in Windows infrastructure, including Active Directory, domain services, mail servers, and Linux environments.
• Hands-on experience with VMware virtualization technologies.
• Solid knowledge of networking, including switches, firewalls, network topologies, IPsec, IPVPN, and remote site connectivity.
• Experience managing enterprise storage and backup solutions, including SAN, NAS, NetApp, backup planning, and lifecycle management.
• Proven experience designing cloud architecture, managing hybrid environments, and leading on-premises to cloud migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, including EDR, IPS, Proxy, Antivirus, Mail Relay, IDP, and Group Policy (GPO).
• Experience evaluating new technologies and leading enterprise infrastructure projects.
