As a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and mentoring a team of software engineers in designing and developing custom tools and integrations.
• Interacting with customers to gather and understand their requirements.
• Overseeing project delivery and ensuring technical excellence across the team's output
• Coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical roadmaps.
• Driving architectural decisions and proposing scalable solutions for complex technical problems.
• Fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the development team.
• Collaborating with R&D and Product teams to align custom solutions with the core of Professional Service product strategy.
  
  

Do What You Love

To be successful in this role you will:

• 5 years of hands-on software development experience, covering the entire software development life cycle.
• Lead and supervise effectively; mentor software teams or manage projects, overseeing developers' work with prior relevant experience essential.
• Have a deep background in Python development and technical project leadership.
• Oversee and implement large-scale, complex software project designs with demonstrated expertise in managing intricate development processes effectively.
• Develop expertise in creating and maintaining REST APIs effectively for seamless integration and reliable functionality across diverse systems and applications.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication abilities and effectively manage relationships with stakeholders.
• Demonstrate expertise in customer collaboration, resolving intricate issues, shaping development workflows, and upholding code quality via collaborative reviews.
• Have expertise in Django, Networking, Operating Systems, Angular, ServiceNow, CMDB tools, and deploying or operating security software or networking equipment.
