Carry Your Own Number. Then Make Every Partner Rep Around You Better.

AI is rewriting how software gets built, and how it gets attacked. Mend.io sits right at that intersection: a leader in application security and the company behind Mend AI, securing the new generation of AI-powered software. Now we need someone who can close their own deals and make our partner network sharper every time they walk into a room.

This is not a classic AE role of just working your own pipeline. It's something rarer: a quota-carrying Account Executive across EMEA and APAC who understands the importance of enabling local channel partners to expand opportunities.

If you're already the rep your own team asks for advice on positioning and objection handling, this is your door in. We will give you the quota, the territory and the hottest product in AppSec. You bring the drive, direct and through every partner you touch.

What You'll Do

• Own and close a direct sales quota across EMEA and APAC, running full-cycle deals from first call to signature
• Drive the enablement engine for our partner network in your territory by coaching partner sellers on positioning, differentiation and objection handling until they pitch Mend like they built it
• Get hands-on technical: run demos, sharpen partner pre-sales pitches, and speak credibly about AppSec and AI security to any room, from developers to CISOs
• Build the enablement content partners actually use (i.e., playbooks, deal-review coaching, certifications) with marketing assistance
• Manage our partners to keep direct and partner motions aligned, not competing for the same whitespace
• Forecast your own pipeline accurately and keep it clean in Salesforce
• Represent Mend.io at partner and industry events across the region
  
  

• 3–5+ years as a quota-carrying Account Executive, ideally selling into security, DevOps, or developer tools
• Demonstrated experience training, coaching, or enabling other sellers — formally or informally
• Full-cycle sales experience: prospecting through negotiation and close
• Technical depth that earns respect — you can run a demo and hold your own in an architecture conversation
• A feel for partner dynamics and what makes a partner rep actually lean in
• A self-driven, can-do mindset — building programs and content on your own initiative, not waiting for one to be handed to you
• Sharp communication and presentation skills in English; additional European languages are a plus
• Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM
• Willingness to travel across EMEA and APAC (up to ~30%) for partner sessions, customer engagements and industry events
• Based in Israel
