Job Description:

• Plan, supervise, implement, test, configure, operate, and maintain Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), telephony systems (including IVR, CTI, and related technologies), and information security infrastructure.
• Handle medium- to high-complexity technical tasks with a high degree of independence and professional judgment.
• Lead and manage the Network and Multimedia Technicians team, providing guidance, support, and resolution for installations and technical issues.
• Install and configure end-user equipment, including desktops, laptops, printers, multifunction devices, scanners, and other peripherals.
• Prepare system images (Image Deployment), install operating systems, and provide maintenance and troubleshooting for networks, communication cabinets, and Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Manage IT inventory and laboratory equipment.
• Provide technical support for meeting rooms, including video conferencing and multimedia systems, while delivering ongoing technical support across the organization.
• Travel to the organization's sites in Jerusalem and throughout Israel as required.

Job Requirements:

• More than 4 years of experience in network administration and management.
• Relevant academic background or professional education.
• Experience administering Microsoft services, including Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and permission management.
• Strong knowledge of networking, video conferencing, and multimedia technologies.
• Experience supporting an organization with more than 1,000 end users and endpoint devices.
• At least 5 years of experience managing a team of 12 or more employees.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office – mandatory.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with TCP/IP networking.
• Excellent self-learning ability.
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
