About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Programmatic Account Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will oversee key publisher and demand-side partnerships, with a focus on enhancing performance, increasing revenue, and ensuring long-term partner success.

This is a highly cross-functional role that combines account management, programmatic operations, data analysis, and business development. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of the programmatic ecosystem, excellent relationship-building skills, and a real passion for performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own and expand relationships with publishers, SSPs, DSPs, agencies, and additional demand-side partners.
• Manage daily programmatic operations across both supply and demand streams.
• Track monetization and campaign performance, uncover optimization opportunities, and contribute to revenue growth.
• Evaluate performance data, market trends, and core KPIs to deliver actionable insights.
• Work closely with Product, Ad Operations, and Business teams to enhance platform performance and partner outcomes.
• Assist with partner onboarding, technical setup, issue resolution, and ongoing account growth.
• Develop and maintain long-term strategic partnerships while identifying new business opportunities.
• Maintain strong client satisfaction, improve retention, and support account expansion.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience in Programmatic Advertising, AdTech, Account Management, or a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem, including SSPs, DSPs, Ad Exchanges, RTB, and Prebid.
• Demonstrated experience working with and managing publisher and/or demand-side partnerships.
• Strong analytical abilities with advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Capable of analyzing performance data and delivering actionable optimization insights.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
