MENORA MIVTACHIM IS HIRING!ABOUT THE ROLEIn this hands-on role, you will play a key part in shaping our data infrastructure - analyzing complex business needs, designing end-to-end BI solutions, and driving data-driven decision making across the organization.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead end-to-end BI DWH analysis projects - from initiation and scoping through design, implementation, and go-livePerform business and technical analysis, including full S2T specifications with database definitions, delta management, and history retention strategiesWrite and investigate complex SQL queries for data exploration, validation, and performance tuningApply reverse engineering techniques to ETL processes and data flowsCollaborate cross-functionally using Agile methodology in a matrix-based project environmentDefine technical solutions while maintaining a broad, cross-system perspective on interfaces and data integrationsTake full ownership of E2E tasks across all lifecycle stagesExperienceAt least 3 years of hands-on experience in DWH/BI systems analysisPrior experience working in an insurance company is mandatoryProven experience with BI reporting tools such as Cognos, Business Objects, Qlik Sense, and similar platforms.Solid familiarity with ETL tools such as DataStage and Informatica.SkillsStrong analytical mindset with end-to-end systems thinkingAbility to write and analyze complex SQL queriesDeep understanding of data warehouse concepts including delta management, SCD and history trackingExcellent communication skills — bridging business and technologyExperience leading matrix projects from requirements and design through deploymentEducationDegree or certification in Systems Analysis, Information Systems, or BI Systems AnalysisNICE TO HAVEExperience with Oracle and/or MS SQL ServerFamiliarity with cloud technologies (AWS / Azure / GCP)Hands-on experience with Talend
