Network Administration Engineer

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is looking for a skilled and motivated Network Administration Engineer to join our team in Herzliya. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining enterprise network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support LAN/WAN infrastructures, routers, switches, wireless networks, firewalls, VPNs, and VXLAN environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve routing, switching, connectivity, and network performance issues.
• Monitor network health, availability, and performance to ensure compliance with operational SLAs.
• Perform network upgrades, patching activities, and preventive maintenance.
• Support change management processes and maintain accurate network documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize network solutions.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and operational best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Routing & Switching technologies.
• Solid knowledge of OSPF, BGP, VLANs, STP, ACLs, and VXLAN.
• Experience supporting Wireless Networks, VPNs, and enterprise network troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a global team.

Preferred Certifications

• CCNA or CCNP
• ITIL Foundation certification (advantage)
