Quality Assurance Manager -

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QA Manager to join our team in the pharmaceutical/manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining high levels of product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all QA activities, ensuring full compliance with GMP and GDR Manage the batch release process, ensuring all products meet quality specifications before distribution.
• Oversee and conduct thorough investigations into quality-related deviations, non-conformances, and CAPAs.
• Collaborate with production, regulatory affairs, and R&D departments to uphold quality standards throughout the product lifecycle.
• Prepare and review SOPs, quality protocols, and reports to maintain rigorous documentation standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality systems and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the pharmaceutical and drug manufacturing industry – A Must.
• Deep, hands-on knowledge of GMP and relevant regulatory guidelines.
• Experience with batch release and conducting formal investigations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain meticulous documentation (GDR).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
