Mertens – MalamTeam is hiring an IT Technician for a large defense organization in Yehud

Role Overview

Join the IT team of a leading defense organization, providing on-site technical support and maintaining enterprise IT infrastructure. The role includes supporting end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and managing Windows environments.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a PC/IT Technician in an enterprise environment

• Experience installing end-user equipment, configuring network settings, and troubleshooting PC hardware

• Strong experience supporting Windows operating systems

• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange

• Willingness to undergo a security clearance process
