Mertens – MalamTeam is hiring a NOC Engineer for a leading financial organization in the Shfela region
Role Overview
Join the NOC team responsible for monitoring critical IT systems, managing operational processes, and ensuring the stability of enterprise platforms. The role includes incident handling, infrastructure monitoring, file transfer control, and collaboration with application and infrastructure teams.
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience as a NOC Engineer or Computer Operator in a Windows environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with CyberArk, GoAnywhere, or other privileged access/file transfer solutions – advantage
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Tivoli, Kibana, and Elastic – advantage
• Knowledge of z/OS, MVS, JCL, or Control-M MF – advantage
• Familiarity with Active Directory, CMDB, and ServiceNow – advantage
