Mertens – MalamTeam is hiring an IT Technician for a large defense organization in Yehud

Role Overview

Join the IT support team of a leading defense organization, providing on-site technical support and maintaining enterprise IT infrastructure. The role includes troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and Windows environments while supporting end users across the organization.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as an IT/PC Technician in an enterprise environment

• Experience installing and configuring end-user equipment, network settings, and PC hardware

• Strong troubleshooting experience with Windows operating systems

• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange

• Willingness to undergo a security clearance process
