NPI Electronics Engineer 2103

Production Floor, part of the TSG Group, is looking for an experienced Electronics Engineer to lead NPI and transfer-to-production processes for advanced defense systems.

Location: Raanana

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead products through the transition from development to production

• Assess product readiness for manufacturing, assembly, integration, and testing

• Prepare production documentation, including BOMs, drawings, wiring documents, and assembly instructions

• Improve designs to support manufacturability, quality, and reliability

• Resolve engineering issues and support production and integration processes

• Work closely with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering – required

• At least 3 years of experience in electronics engineering and transfer to production – required

• Hands-on NPI experience – required

• Experience with defense products and systems – required

• Knowledge of electronic boards, cabling, mechanical packaging, and integrated systems

• Experience preparing engineering and production documentation

• High proficiency in English

• Strong systems thinking, process leadership, and problem-solving skills

Full-time position based in Raanana, including work at the company’s offices and customer sites.
