Project Manager

PayPlus is one of Israel's leading FinTech companies, building a next-generation Payments & Commerce platform that powers thousands of businesses across retail, eCommerce, POS, self-service kiosks, vending, parking, loyalty, gift cards, and digital payments.

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex customer implementations, strategic integrations, and cross-functional technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects from planning through successful go-live.
• Manage enterprise customer onboarding and strategic technology initiatives.
• Coordinate activities across Product, Development, QA, DevOps, Customer Success, and Support teams.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Write functional specifications and implementation documentation.
• Lead customer meetings, status updates, and executive communications.
• Manage third-party integrations, APIs, and external technology partners.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest quality.
• Proactively identify risks and drive solutions before they impact delivery.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing technology projects.
• Experience working closely with software development teams.
• Strong understanding of APIs, REST services, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Experience writing functional specifications and project documentation.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• Experience in Payments, FinTech, or SaaS.
• Experience with POS, retail, or eCommerce solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Experience working with enterprise customers.
