Role Overview

Lead complex digital products and transformation initiatives from strategy through implementation. The role includes end-to-end product management, cross-functional leadership, and driving innovative solutions leveraging AI, Cloud, and enterprise integrations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience managing complex IT projects and 4+ years leading project management teams

• Proven experience leading digital products or digital transformation programs in large organizations or the public sector

• Experience with end-to-end product management, including roadmap, backlog, and Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Hands-on collaboration with Development, UX, QA, DevOps, Architecture, and Business Analysis teams

• Experience implementing AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, or intelligent automation solutions

• Strong knowledge of Cloud, Microservices, APIs, and enterprise integrations

• Proven ability to manage stakeholders, budgets, risks, and multiple complex projects simultaneously
