A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a QA Specialist to join a key role at the heart of its operations. This position offers the opportunity to lead quality initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and make a direct impact on product quality and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead GMP activities on the production floor and drive quality, compliance, and continuous improvement processes.

• Manage batch release activities and ensure compliance with GMP and 21 CFR requirements.

• Handle deviations, quality investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA implementation.

• Conduct quality walkthroughs and audits across manufacturing and packaging departments.

• Support products throughout their lifecycle, from development through commercial manufacturing.

• Write, review, and update quality procedures and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management, Quality Management, or a related field.

• 2-3 years of Quality Assurance experience within the pharmaceutical industry.

• Strong knowledge of GMP requirements.

• Pharmacist license – an advantage.

• Excellent English communication skills.
