Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Campaign Manager role based in Tel Aviv-Yafo. The Campaign Manager is responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels to meet client objectives and KPIs. Day-to-day activities include managing paid media accounts, monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, and implementing A/B tests to improve results. The role involves collaborating closely with clients and internal teams on strategy, creative direction, audience targeting, budgeting, and reporting. The Campaign Manager will also coordinate timelines, ensure smooth project execution, and contribute to refining best practices for AI-driven and data-led marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, including data interpretation, performance analysis, and ROI optimization.
• Candidates should have solid Marketing skills, including knowledge of performance marketing, paid media, audience segmentation, and campaign strategy.
• Candidates should possess effective Project Management skills, including prioritization, time management, and coordination of multi-channel campaigns.
• Experience managing campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital channels.
• Ability to work on-site in Tel Aviv-Yafo and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
