Role Description The Service Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in the North District, Israel. In this position, the technician installs, maintains, and repairs analytical measuring instruments and related systems at customer sites. Daily responsibilities include performing preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosing technical issues, and resolving faults in coordination with engineering and support teams. The role involves field service visits, calibration and testing of equipment, and documentation of service activities in line with company standards. The technician also provides clear guidance to customers on equipment use, offers basic training, and supports a safe working environment aligned with personnel and environmental safety practices.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Maintenance & Repair skills, including preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial instrumentation.
• Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting abilities for diagnosing and resolving technical and system-level issues.
• Candidates should possess hands-on Field Service experience, including on-site visits, installations, and calibrations.
• Candidates should possess effective Customer Service skills to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and support end users.
• Candidates should possess general Maintenance capabilities for industrial equipment and familiarity with safety procedures.
• Relevant technical education (e.g., diploma or degree in electronics, instrumentation, mechanical or electrical engineering) is beneficial.
• Experience with gas detection, monitoring systems, or analytical measurement instruments in industrial settings is an advantage.
• Ability to read technical documentation, use diagnostic tools, and work safely in industrial environments; valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region are desirable.
