Sales Development Representative

LendMora helps small businesses access working capital when they need it most — small business loans, revenue-based financing, and lines of credit from $5K to $5M+. We've funded 500+ growing businesses.

The role

You'll be the first point of contact for business owners across the US, making a high volume of outbound cold calls to identify companies that need funding, qualifying their needs, and moving them forward in our pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume cold outreach to small business owners throughout your shift
• Qualify prospects by understanding their capital needs and business goals
• Handle objections professionally and keep conversations productive
• Book qualified appointments and support deals through to funding
• Maintain accurate call activity and pipeline records in our CRM
• Participate in call reviews and apply coaching to improve performance

• Availability and energy to perform during a 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM shift

Lending experience is not required. We provide full product and sales training.
