🚀 The Role:

This is not a “just scheduling interviews” role.

We’re looking for a Recruiter to own the full hiring process and help us attract, engage, and hire top talent across the company.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer.

• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs and define role requirements.

• Source candidates on LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels.

• Conduct initial screenings and assess candidates for both professional fit and culture.

• Coordinate interviews with multiple stakeholders and ensure a smooth hiring process.

• Manage and maintain ATS (Monday.com) and recruitment pipelines.

🎯 What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with LinkedIn and job platforms.

• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proactive mindset and ability to work independently.

• Bonus: Experience working with Monday.com.
