An international cyber investigations group offering forensic investigations, OSINT, and blockchain tracing for clients in the US and worldwide. A small, fast-moving team with no bureaucracy; you'll work closely with the owner and senior team.

This is an entry point into a fast-growing company for someone hungry to learn and grow. You'll keep the operational engine running day-to-day, coordinating between teams, tracking cases and tasks, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

You don't need years of experience. You need sharpness, ownership, and the drive to grow into a bigger role. The people who prove themselves here move up fast.

What You'll Actually Do

*Coordinate day-to-day operations across investigation, legal, and sales teams

*Track case progress, deadlines, and deliverables and chase what's stuck

*Manage data and records in our CRM updates, reports, and follow-ups

*Support client intake and onboarding processes

*Use AI tools to work smarter: drafting, research, summaries, process improvements

*Spot inefficiencies and suggest fixes

Must-Have Requirements

*High ownership and follow-through; things get done when you're on them

*Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

*Comfortable with technology: CRM systems, spreadsheets, AI tools

*Fast learner, independent, thrives without hand-holding

*Fluent English (written and spoken)

Advantages

*Experience with Zoho or any CRM

*Hands-on use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) in real work

*Background or interest in cyber/legal / investigations
