Role Description The Salesforce Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Jerusalem District, Israel. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing Salesforce-related projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and quality expectations. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating project activities, managing expediting of tasks and deliverables, overseeing logistics and inspections, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and technical teams. The Salesforce Project Manager will track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, manage documentation, and support configuration and deployment efforts in collaboration with Salesforce administrators and developers. This role also involves continuous process improvement, ensuring that Salesforce solutions align with organizational goals and user needs.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to monitor deliverables, manage dependencies, and ensure timely completion of project tasks.
• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate resources, timelines, and on-site activities related to Salesforce implementations.
• Candidates should possess Inspection skills to review configurations, data integrity, and system performance, ensuring adherence to requirements and standards.
• Relevant experience managing Salesforce or other CRM implementation projects, including working with cross-functional and technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on process optimization.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Hebrew is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; Salesforce certifications or formal project management credentials (e.g., PMP, Agile) are beneficial.
