Role Description

This is a rare opportunity for a high-caliber operator to take true end-to-end ownership of the operational engine behind a fast-growing health-tech company. We're looking for someone who has consistently excelled in demanding, high-stakes environments - and is ready to bring that same bar for excellence to a role with real autonomy and direct visibility to leadership.

This is a full-time role located in Tel Aviv, 4 days on-site, reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer.

You will manage the operational backbone of the company - overseeing finance and administrative processes, HR and hiring logistics, budget management, vendor and client contract organization, compliance, and day-to-day office operations. You'll work closely with leadership and outside partners to keep the business running smoothly and compliantly.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day financial transaction process, ensuring the company's accounting records (QuickBooks) stay accurate,and  organized.
• Receivables in this business are not for the faint-of-heart.  Manage invoicing and accounts receivable.  
• Monitor tax obligations and filings.  
• Create and oversee the budget process. Manage budget requests from eager colleagues who don’t take no for an answer. Route budget approvals to Leadership.
• Manage payroll coordination with the outside vendor to process payroll.
• Vendors Management - payments, contracts and organization.
• CRM Management - tracking contract key business terms and renewals, and maintaining client contract folders and documentation.
• Own the hiring process end-to-end - funneling, CV scanning, job postings,, and offer coordination - partner with managers on the research needed to execute hiring, termination, promotion, and salary decisions. 
• Own HR policy and performance management, including policy documentation, a Performance Review practice, and office culture initiatives like socials and team events. 
• Serve as point of contact for insurance renewal, and oversee compliance management, required documentation, and the Business Continuity Plan to keep the company's compliance program organized. 
• Oversee day-to-day office operations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in business operations, finance/administration, or a similar generalist management role.
• A track record of excelling in demanding, high-performance environments - and holding yourself to that same standard.
• Strong organizational and process-management skills, with the judgment to run things independently.
• Experience managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment workflows, coordinating payroll, budgets, taxes, and insurance renewals. managing HR, recruiting, and company policy processes.
• Comfortable owning contracts, vendors, compliance documentation, and office operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
